On Friday, 3 June 2011, the Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) Khayelitsha, (MSF), City of Cape Town and the Western Cape Provincial Government Department of Health celebrated the 10 year anniversary of the first public sector Antiretroviral Treatment program in South Africa.
